Referral Terms and Conditions

MMO Referral Scheme is available to all customers of My Mortgage Options (“the referee”).
The referral amount is a one-off gross payment. The referee is responsible for any taxes, as required by law, arising from the provision of the referral bonus.
The referee is eligible to receive a £50 Amazon voucher subject to successful completion of the mortgage that we arrange for your referral.
Standalone home insurance referrals are not eligible under this scheme.
The referee will receive £50 Amazon voucher within 28 days of completion of the case.
In the event that My Mortgage Options is (for whatever reason) unable to provide the indicated incentive, then you will receive a substitute of the same value subject to these same terms and conditions.
The referee will not be eligible to receive the referral payment under this scheme in the event that the referred person is already on My Mortgage Options database at the date of referral or if My Mortgage Options have already received their details.
The referee must be notified and have consented to their details being passed to My Mortgage Options before the date of the referral. This is the responsibility of the referee and is subject to the Data Protection Act 2018. The referee will indemnify My Mortgage Options for any loss or claim arising out of the referee's failure to gain such consent.
Individuals can only be referred through the MMO referral scheme to My Mortgage Options once. In the event that a customer is referred to My Mortgage Options more than once, only the first person to refer that individual (with the referred person's permission) will be eligible for a referral payment under this scheme.
This scheme does not qualify for employees or connected parties to My Mortgage Options.
The referral scheme is available until further notice and can be withdrawn at any time.
